We managed to hold out a week before we cracked these open but I have a feeling the rest will disappear very, VERY quickly. Spotted Dick and Strawberry jam tonight – both were the lightest sponge we’d ever eaten (sorry, Mum!) and so tasty without being too sweet. In fact, I’ll be ordering a box for Mum and Dad soon, along without our repeat sponge order. Can’t wait now to try the rest!

I’m about to order more as my family decided to eat less dinner in order to leave a gap for these, thought they’d be a once a week treat oh no, … portion Size is excellent for all family member and nothing was over sweet.
