Do not buy these and think you will freeze them, I am sure you can but having tasted the gorgeous , light, tasty almost creamy taste that my husband did not believe were gluten free you will eat them all. They keep for a few days in the fridge ready to take out and indulge after your meal until they ae all gone I have been waiting for the gluten free kitchen to open as my cruel and heartless husband(hes nice really!) kept telling me how gorgeous the normal ones were. I now know they are really really lovely. Thank you
