Easy to order, however, I requested the order to arrive on 30th July, pre order. I received an email stating that the delivery would take place on 29th June, a month before my friend’s birthday. I contacted cutomer services to be reassured that the item would be recalled and a new batch would be sent on the date I identified. This did not happen. The item arrived on 29th June, spoiling a birthday surprise. My friend said the puddings looked delicious but a surprise present was spoilt. That’s why 3 stars, very disappointed.

Apologies I only returned on Monday, it was a human error in miss reading the month requested by a staff member and sent out, I saw your messenger come in while on annual holiday in Greece, managed to access dpd site from my mobile and requested the goods returned to me before delivery in Devon seems my instructions didn’t get through in time, so sorry for spoiling the surprise birthday gift 🙁
