Wow what can I say…best sponges I have ever tasted They were utterly delicious- so moist and buttery. My mouth is watering just thinking about it now.The portion size was perfect and I would highly recommend to anyone who has a sweet tooth. I am very critical when it comes to cakes and this is perfection. I will be ordering on a regular basis!

These sponges are delicious, light and tasty. Easy to order, arrive well packed and you can freeze them and cook straight from the freezer. I dropped a star as there were no labels in the pots (I ordered a pack of 4), so no instructions….but just cooked long enough for the sponge to rise up out of the pot!

The puddings that I have had were excellent as usual. Of the four puddings one was not obvious as to which flavour. Having queried this I received an explanation very quickly. The only negative was this pudding had been supplied in error-toffee instead of spotted dick.
