We bought our first batch of these puddings at the Peterborough show, they are undoubtedly the best I have ever tasted(and I’m a Chef)I would love to know how they get them so light, fluffy and melt in the mouth, we have just bought another batch of 9 to take away on holiday with us in our Motorhome because they keep well are small enough not to take up too much room and will keep well in a fridge, my only problem was what flavours to choose as every one was delicious, I will definitely be ordering some more when these run out, which won’t be long! If I could give more stars I would!
