We selected a few different puddings and so far have enjoyed the spotted Dick, Jam sponges and honey and ginger ones. All three were excellent if a bit expensive. We served hot with custard that complemented them well. As elderly people the portions are just right size and of course so easy to prepare. My husband uses the empty trays for seeds in the garden.

This are very delicious sponges, just the right size, my favourite being the lemon curd sponge but others are just has good. easy to store, long life and just pop into the microwave for about 40 seconds and out pops a hot and tasty sponge
