Remove label, remove cloth, pierce film pudding bag with a fork twice, place pudding on a microwaveable plate and microwave for:

454g – 3 mins
907g – 6 mins
To Heat
Remove label and cloth, place pudding in a steamer and steam for:
142g – 15 mins
454g – 45 mins
907g – 1 hour 30 mins
2268g – 2 hours

Best Xmas pudding I’ve ever had. Brought the Chocolate orange and baileys pudding at Lincoln Christmas Market. Had Christmas day and it was delicious.
