To Microwave
Remove label, remove cloth, pierce film pudding bag with a fork twice, place pudding on a microwaveable plate and microwave for:
120g – 1 min
480g – 3 mins
960g – 6 mins
To Heat
Remove label and cloth, place pudding in a steamer and steam for:
120g – 15 mins
480g – 45 mins
960g – 1 hour 30 mins
2200g – 2 hours

Ordered this as an alternative to Xmas pudding, having seen a review on Alan Titchmarsh’s Sunday weekend show. Obviously not eaten it yet, but communications and delivery were excellent, as was the packaging, and the “use by” date is amazing. The pudding looks very special in its traditional muslin wrap and we are very much looking forward to it.
