Remove label, remove cloth, pierce film pudding bag with a fork twice, place pudding on a microwaveable plate and microwave for:

454g – 3 mins
907g – 6 mins
To Heat
Remove label and cloth, place pudding in a steamer and steam for:
142g – 15 mins
454g – 45 mins
907g – 1 hour 30 mins
2268g – 2 hours

I have been enjoying these puddings since you first came to the Malvern show, many years ago. I particularly like them at Christmas because I don’t enjoy conventional Christmas pudding, and these are a great alternative at the Christmas table. I love them!
