Stéphanie Postma –
Lime left a strange pungent flavour that overwhelmed all the other ingredients ‘The Ultimate Gin Pudding’ was very moist and packed full of fruit, but for me, the lime rind was too overpowering and didn’t taste like the way lime normally tastes when cooked. I couldn’t taste any of the other ingredients, just a huge hit of sour limes. Looking forward to trying the other types of puddings and won’t let this first taste of Georgie Porgie put me off trying the others.
