Remove label, remove cloth, pierce film pudding bag with a fork twice, place pudding on a microwaveable plate and microwave for:

454g – 3 mins
907g – 6 mins
To Heat
Remove label and cloth, place pudding in a steamer and steam for:
142g – 15 mins
454g – 45 mins
907g – 1 hour 30 mins
2268g – 2 hours

Absolutely delicious. Very light. Very moreish. Feels very expensive and a taste of luxury. First had last year at Chatsworth, this year searched internet to ensure had supplies. Also ordered extra!!!!!!!!

We first had one of these puddings from Bath Christmas market absolutely delicious so as we aren’t going this year I ordered on line .
